2/9/09 Key West - finally!

Unhooked the Smart car and left the RV at Key Largo, where we joined our Tallahassee friends, Diane and Tom, for the drive down to our La Brisa condo for our week-long stay on Key West. The first thing we noticed was the beautiful aqua water. Weather warmer, but still below norm, tho by mid-week, the days were fine. We toured the island, visited the southernmost point, walked up and down Duval Street, hiked the beaches, and etc. We have a lovely pool and hot tub here, and a whole week to have fun, eat out and generally goof off! Wild chickens everywhere... playing chicken with the traffic!
